Return Policy

Every order placed with us is backed by a 30-day return or refund guarantee. This gives you the right to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your items.

When We Issue a Refund

Product Issues

We are committed to providing high-quality items. If the product you received differs from what you ordered or has a quality defect, please contact our customer service team promptly and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Once we have inspected the item, we will process your refund or exchange request within 30 working days.

Item Out of Stock

If an item you purchased becomes unavailable due to a stock shortage, we will notify you via email. You may choose to receive a full refund or wait for the item to be restocked.

Payment Verification Issues

If the name or address associated with your payment method does not match your order details, we will contact you for verification. If we do not receive a response within 30 business days, the order will be automatically refunded.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth return, please include the following information with your package:

  • Order number and SKU of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Shipping label (affixed to the outside of the package).
  • Reason for the return.

Please also email us with supporting evidence of the issue (e.g., photos showing the defect or incorrect size). We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned package.

Important Return Guidelines

  1. Hygiene Considerations — For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that come into close contact with the body (e.g., medical or personal care products) unless they are visibly defective upon arrival.
  2. Time Limit — Please contact us to initiate a return no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
  3. Shipping Method — We recommend using your local postal service rather than express couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx). Using express services may result in import taxes and customs delays. We will process your refund or replacement only after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  4. Refund Timing — Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  5. Processing Time — Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date you mail your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

ⓘ Note: All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before you ship the item back. Unauthorized returns sent to our address will not be accepted for a refund.
